What’s your returns policy?
If you need to return the item for any reason, you can do so for a refund or a replacement.
Faulty items: You can return a faulty item at any time within the warranty period. Once you’ve returned it, we’ll check it to determine whether it’s faulty. If so, we’ll either offer a free replacement or a refund.
Incompatible / Unwanted items: For items which are not faulty, but are unwanted, you may return within 14 working days for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund postage costs for these returns.
Buyers are responsible for the cost associated with returning items.

This latest dual sim card holder lets you put two sims in one phone, without cutting your sim card. The 16th generation sim card holders are the newest and boast the most features, best stability and greatest compatiblity.
To use the sim holder you simply place each sim card in the slots, and then place the dual sim card holder in your phone. The phone will then detect both sims and you will be able to switch between them.
The dual sim adaptor will enable you to switch by dialing certain numbers on your keypad.
