What’s your returns policy?
If you need to return the item for any reason, you can do so for a refund or a replacement.
Faulty items: You can return a faulty item at any time within the warranty period. Once you’ve returned it, we’ll check it to determine whether it’s faulty. If so, we’ll either offer a free replacement or a refund.
Incompatible / Unwanted items: For items which are not faulty, but are unwanted, you may return within 14 working days for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund postage costs for these returns.
Buyers are responsible for the cost associated with returning items.

We always aim to get your item sent out within 24 hours. Because we send our items using Royal Mail 1st class, you can usually expect your item to arrive within 2-5 working days.

We use Royal Mail 1st class for lighter items, and 1st class recorded for heavier ones.
For International orders we use Royal Mail Airmail.

This card reader will connect most types of memory card to your computer allowing you to move files (for exampe photographs from your camera or phone) very quickly.
By plugging straight into your USB drive, the card reader will eliminate complicated rituals of plugging in cameras or using docking stations. So it’s great if you’ve lost your camera cable or camera drivers.

If you’re using Windows XP then your computer should recognise the card reader automatically without the need to install drivers. However, we do supply a CD if you are using a different operating system. The USB cable is also included.
The card reader works with all USB computers, regardless of whether they have USB 2. If you do have USB 2, you’ll experience faster transfer times but the device will still work with USB 1-enabled computers.
