Mail does go missing ocassionally though, so please allow 14 days for delivery. If there’s a problem, please use our support section to contact us.
We use Royal Mail 1st class for lighter items, and 1st class recorded for heavier ones.
For International orders we use Royal Mail Airmail.

If you’ve bought a branded item from Microsoft, Logitech, Belkin or another big-name supplier, please contact them directly if you need help with an item. They’re usually much better equipped to answer queries about their own items than we are.
Returns
What’s your returns policy?
If you need to return the item for any reason, you can do so for a refund or a replacement.
Faulty items: You can return a faulty item at any time within the warranty period. Once you’ve returned it, we’ll check it to determine whether it’s faulty. If so, we’ll either offer a free replacement or a refund.
Incompatible / Unwanted items: For items which are not faulty, but are unwanted, you may return within 14 working days for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund postage costs for these returns.
Buyers are responsible for the cost associated with returning items.
