Creative’s Zen V Plus is the symbol of style and object of desire..
It has a glossy black finish, with subtle colour highlights and a neat
rounded shape that fits comfortably in the hand. Available in three
memory sizes, it can store from hundreds to thousands of songs and
photos and includes an FM radio with 32 preset.
- A bright colour screen and Creative’s famous interface make it easy to
use, and it supports multiple audio formats including MP3, WMA and
Audible Audio.
- The Zen V Plus can record straight to WMA without a PC, and it has a
built-in microphone for voice notes.
- It can also play video clips. Its rechargeable battery supports
playtimes up to 15 hours.

Mail does go missing ocassionally though, so please allow 14 days for delivery. If there’s a problem, please use our support section to contact us.
We use Royal Mail 1st class for lighter items, and 1st class recorded for heavier ones.
For International orders we use Royal Mail Airmail.

Returns
What’s your returns policy?
If you need to return the item for any reason, you can do so for a refund or a replacement.
Faulty items: You can return a faulty item at any time within the warranty period. Once you’ve returned it, we’ll check it to determine whether it’s faulty. If so, we’ll either offer a free replacement or a refund.
Incompatible / Unwanted items: For items which are not faulty, but are unwanted, you may return within 14 working days for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund postage costs for these returns.
Buyers are responsible for the cost associated with returning items.
