Our policy is to exchange or refund faulty items. For unwanted items we charge a small re-stocking fee.

Although most phones will accept the dual sim adaptors we sell, unfortunately it’s not possible to test them with all phones. Therefore we cannot guarantee compatibility with any particular model at this time.

In general, the ‘cutting type’ dual sim cards we sell are more successful as they take up less room in your phone; though the non-cutting ones also work very well.

Please follow these steps:
1. Plug the webcam into your USB port
2. Windows should detect a new device.
3. You should receive the message “Your hardware has been installed and is ready to use”.
4. Open Skype or any other webcam-viewing program
5. Your camera should be ready to use

Tips:

• Make the picture clearer by rotating the rim of the lens slowly to bring the image into focus.
• If the webcam doesn’t install successfully the first time, it’s worth trying a different USB port.
• You can only use the webcam in one application at a time. Try quitting all webcam-related applications before launching the camera.
