When will my order arrive?
We aim to send out all paid-for orders within 24 hours. UK deliveries take 1-2 working days, Europe takes around 5-7 working days and outside Europe will take up to 14 working days.
What if I've got a faulty product?
You can return a faulty or incorrect product for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us using the submit a question page here:

Our policy is to exchange or refund faulty items. For unwanted items we charge a small re-stocking fee.
Will the dual sim work with my phone?
Although most phones will accept the dual sim adaptors we sell, unfortunately it’s not possible to test them with all phones. Therefore we cannot guarantee compatibility with any particular model at this time.
In general, the ‘cutting type’ dual sim cards we sell are more successful as they take up less room in your phone; though the non-cutting ones also work very well.

How can I use my new 5 megapixel webcam?
Please follow these steps:
1. Plug the webcam into your USB port
2. Windows should detect a new device.
3. You should receive the message “Your hardware has been installed and is ready to use”.
4. Open Skype or any other webcam-viewing program
5. Your camera should be ready to use
Tips:
- Make the picture clearer by rotating the rim of the lens slowly to bring the image into focus.
- If the webcam doesn’t install successfully the first time, it’s worth trying a different USB port.
- You can only use the webcam in one application at a time. Try quitting all webcam-related applications before launching the camera.
Where can I download the drivers for my laptop webcam?
You can download the correct drivers temporarily from our old website at

If you’re using the driverless webcam, you will not need to download any other drivers.
