About Kinobo

Kinobo was conceived in 2008 with the hope that we might create affordable, stylish products for our customers that were genuinely useful. Our philosophy since then has been to concentrate on getting the best quality we can find, and providing great value.

Our main products include webcams, mice, gamepads and usb cables. We aim to deliver a product ready to use straight out of the box, without the need to install any extra drivers or software. This 'drivereless' approach has so far been very popular. The goal is to make products so easy to use that anyone - no matter what computer experience they have - can get them to work first time.

 

packaging

Sometimes less is more - with packaging we believe that's certainly the case. Our reduced-scale packaging means that our products are easier to open, and that they have a much lower carbon footprint than our competitors'.

Customer Service

If something isn't right, we're committed to fixing it. That's why when a customer has a problem with a product or the service they receive, we aim to get it sorted within 24 hours, whether that means providing one-to-one help getting set up, sending a replacement or providing a refund. Much of our customer service is handled by Amazon, which consistently sets a high standard
